Helpful and pleasant staff and the place was fairly clean. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven in the room. Clean facilities there.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the town center, shopping, dining, and prime areas. My room was beautifully decorated and brand new, with climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The staff was helpful, caring, and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was impeccably clean.

When checking in, dogs barking. And, everyone walking around with bare feet in elevator, thru lobby, breakfast, etc. WiFi kept dropping out.

The shower rod was broken and it fell and hit me in the head. The staff was great ,they moved us to the room next door which was fine.
